How Does Your Residential HVAC Look?
Think about replacing your heating and air units when they get near the end of their life cycle. These old units tend to have their catastrophic failures during the hottest or the coldest time of the year.
The Carrier unit on the left is between 15 and 20 years old.
The Trane unit in the middle in about 5 years old.
The General Electric unit on the right is 25 years old. If it was a car, it would have antique plates!

If your residence has any of these problems then you need to give us a call.

Above: Flex tubing lying on the ground invites cats, bats, rats and other animals to nest in. This creates holes that can cause more air to escape underneath your house than is pumped into your home.
Right: If your duct is over 25 years old then you can bet it has dirt in it. This is a piece of duct from one of our change out jobs.
