Our Service rates are as follows:

Regular hourly rate	$95.00/hour	$89.00/hour
After hours rate	$142.50/hour	$133.50/hour
Note - Customer pays travel time.

All new customers will be COD.

After Hours Calls: At the close of each business day, we transfer 439-6168 to a pager that the on duty technician carries. You can leave a message and he will return your call within one hour. We will service all established customers after hours.

New customers will be asked to wait until the next business day, when they can talk to the office to discuss rates and policies. After hours calls are quite expensive. Be sure to see the Trouble Shooting Tips, as this may save you a service trip.
